Major Incident Exercises
For Real have worked on many Major incident exercises and have been involved within the planning of said exercises and training. If you know what learning outcomes you wish to achieve the For Team can work with you and design a number of scenarios for you to choose from and cast the actors to enable you to train in the most realistic situations. All of our actors are able to give feedback written or spoken to allow you to assess whether your desired learning outcomes have been met and what further training can be done and designed to achieve anything you feel may be improved.
We are also able to provide the actors for your own in-house designed training in which you will receive the same feedback service.
