Critical Incident Red Teaming

With our critical incident and red team services, You will only tell us what you would like to achieve and on what date…. The rest is down to us. This enables yourself and your team to react with no prior knowledge and as real as possible. Maybe you would like to test your staff’s customer care standards, how they would react in a disciplinary or how your service would work with others in an incident of terrorism, whatever you would like to test for this service makes it possible.

We also work closely with specialists from all walks of life to ensure that the Red Team exercise is bespoke and factually accurate. This service not only allows us to train your teams but as we work closely with dog trainers and decoys this allows you to also test your handlers and service animals. This is a successful service as it gives your staff who usually plan the training the opportunity to either observe or take part properly as they don’t have prior knowledge to what is about to happen or they don’t have to liaise with people to ensure people are where they should be as that is up to our facilitators.
